From the Blog
This is the first in a series of blogs we will be sharing on different aspects of the Superyacht industry. If you’re particularly interested in a specific topic, drop us a line and we can look into it together, also if you have relevant content you’d like to share with the community get in touch, we’d be happy to collaborate. But let’s start with the key component to making all of this possible, the people.
Many people consider preparing for an interview either a nerve-racking task or a trivial task. The latter, may believe they only need to show up and wing it. However, preparing for an interview should not be underestimated. Your personality may be great but in most cases that’s not enough to get the job. An interview is all about communicating who you are and what you can bring to the existing team in the best way possible.
