Yachting has been my calling for two decades. I worked my way up from deckhand to chief officer on vessels up to 90m globally, earning my Master's CoC along the way and learning the job from talented crews and encouraging mentors. Since 2008 I've helped people find their way in — and work their way up — founding DmB Yachting in 2018.
I still run every search personally, side-by-side with people who know the role and the vessel best. I'm looking forward to hearing your story and exploring how we can work together.
